- Refunds for any eligible transactions may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
- This timeframe depends on the processing times of our third-party payment gateways.
- In certain cases, delays may occur due to banks' processing times.
Refund Availability
Customers can request a refund for their consultation or digital purchase within 24 hours of the original transaction, provided the consultation has not already taken place.
Disclaimer:
- Refund requests after 12 hours of the transaction will generally not be entertained for instant services.
- Standard payment gateway fees and processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Process for Refund Request
To request a refund, you must email mahendrabhargav.universe@gmail.com from your registered email ID only, using the following format:
- Full Name
- Registered Email ID
- Registration/Purchase Date
- Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date & time
- Reason for Refund
Note: Refund requests must be sent only to our official email.
No Refund Available
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the astrological consultation or service has already been delivered.
- For customized reports that have already been generated and sent.
- Any add-on services that are non-refundable by nature.
